Woofie’s Paws in the Park Adoption Event
Join us for an exciting day filled with love, joy, and furry companionship at the Woofie’s Paws in the Park Adoption Event! Our mission is to bring together local animal shelters throughout the Northern Virginia area, to help pets with finding their fur-ever homes.
Save the date for a paw-tastic day on May 18th, 2024, from 10am to 3pm at Wolf Trap Farm Park. All the Woofie’s locations in the northern Virginia region, are joining forces to set up this adoption event and make it truly extraordinary.
Explore a vast variety of lovable pets seeking for their forever homes. Indulge your furry friends with pet products, treats, and accessories from our vendors. Enjoy a meal from the local food vendors with other pet enthusiasts.
Visit the booth area to interact with shelter representatives, learn about their initiatives, and discover how you can contribute to the well-being of animals in need. Our charismatic speaker will keep you entertained with engaging activities, such as a raffle, and announcements throughout the event.

Sponsorship Levels:
There are other ways to get involved. We are offering different sponsorship levels since we believe it’s a fantastic opportunity for businesses to gain exposure and for the community to come together for a cause close to our hearts.
Level 0: $50 for all on-site vendors. You will get designated space to advertise your business.
Level 1 –$100 attending the event, listed as an attendee, donating a basket or sponsoring is $100, logo on the event as a sponsor, signage they would supply, promote at event, some sort of media asset in the adoption goodie bags after someone adopts a pup
Level 2 - $500, logo t-shirt, social media shoutout
Level 3 - $1,500, will be on the big signage (need lead time and need a certain date to send logo), have on banner
Level 4 - exclusivity and amount on case by case – earlier confirmation deadlines, attend event, donate basket of 3 months of food
