What You Need:

• At least 2 years of grooming experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and comfort driving a large vehicle

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with animals (pet care, kennel, vet tech, etc. preferred)
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine love for animals
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day

What You’ll Do:

• Answer client inquiries and assist with service bookings via phone, text, and email
• Manage scheduling for groomers, pet sitters, and dog walkers
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with team members and clients
• Help resolve issues and ensure every client experience exceeds expectations
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks and logistics

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Comfortable using scheduling and CRM software (we’ll train you!)
• A love of pets and a team-first attitude
