Client Services and Pet Care Specialist

Love pets? Driven to help people smile? Woofie's is seeking a passionate Client Services & Pet Care Specialist to support our growing business. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping both people and pets, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for clients
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, and client onboarding
• Process invoices and payments and support vendor outreach, and community events
• Train, onboard, support Pet Sitters/Dog Walkers
• Deliver attentive home pet care services in clients’ homes upholding the highest standards
• Ensure smooth daily operations of pet care services and team communication

What You Bring

• A genuine love for animals and a passion for creating positive experiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, quick learner with new platforms (Woofie’s Precise)
• Friendly, professional demeanor with all technology comfort levels

Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers

If you’re someone who is looking for a fun and rewarding way to earn money, likes exercise, and loves animals, this might be the job for you! Our pet sitting and dog walking openings are the perfect opportunity for college students, stay-at-home parents, freelancers, active retirees, or anyone with some extra time wanting to get to work. 

You’ll have the freedom to design your own schedule including flexibility to choose which type of visit you would be interested in:

• Dog Walkers for morning, evening, and weekend walks/visits
• Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers for regular workday or out-of-town clients
• At-home 24-hour Bed & Biscuit Pet Sitters
• 7 pm to 7 am overnight Pet Sitters
• Services available for cats and other small family pets

Groomers

If you are someone with two years of pet grooming experience with excellent customer service skills and a valid driver’s license, becoming the next groomer of one of our mobile pet spas might be the job for you!
