*Consultations are typically complimentary, but a small fee may apply if the pet sitter or dog walker attends to compensate them for their time.

Christy Turner, owner of Woofie’s® of Frederick, is a lifelong animal enthusiast and proud resident of Emmitsburg, Frederick County. Her deep love for animals and a keen eye for a growing industry drew her to the Woofie's brand. After a 28-year career in telecommunications spanning human resources, customer experience, marketing, and IT, Christy brings a wealth of professional expertise to her small business venture.

As a new member of the Frederick community, Christy is eager to get involved in this vibrant, dog-friendly city—ranked #1 in the country for dog lovers! She shares her home with Cooper, her 7-year-old female boxer (you might even spot Cooper on the side of the Woofie's van!). Christy and the entire team can't wait to meet you and your pets!
