What You’ll Do

• Provide professional grooming services in a fully equipped mobile grooming van
• Bathe, brush, trim, and style pets according to breed standards or client preferences
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable grooming environment for every pet
• Communicate clearly with pet parents about services, needs, and recommendations
• Maintain grooming equipment and uphold cleanliness standards in the van
• Manage appointments and daily schedules efficiently

What You Bring

• Professional grooming experience (certification preferred but not required)
• A strong understanding of pet handling, safety, and grooming techniques

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Be the first point of contact for clients

• Process invoices and payments and support vendor outreach, and community events
• Train, onboard, support Pet Sitters/Dog Walkers
• Deliver attentive home pet care services in clients’ homes upholding the highest standards
• Ensure smooth daily operations of pet care services and team communication
