    Mats can be painful and tricky to remove. We begin with a special pretreatment and use gentle tools to work through tangles. Every full groom includes up to 15 minutes of dematting;if more time is needed, your groomer will review next steps with you. In severe cases, shaving or a vet visit may be the most humane option.

  • If I bathe my pet beforehand, will the groom cost less?

    To keep things safe and smooth, our vans are groomer-only zones. In cases where a dog has a medical or behavioral condition that requires your presence, we may allow exceptions, but this must be pre-approved.

  • Will the groomer come to the door to get the dog, or do I need to bring them out?

    We’ll come to your door to greet your pup and safely walk them out to the van. After the groom, we’ll return them to you clean, happy, and ready to show off their fresh look.

  • Do I have to be home for the groom?

    We ask that you be present for the first appointment so we can meet you and your pet. After that, you’re welcome to set up an alternative access method, like a garage code, if you’d rather not be home for future visits.
