Pet Sitting Visit Pricing

Published visit pricing helps you choose a visit length that fits the care you’ve outlined. Longer visits are available upon request.

Pet sitting visit rates are:

  • 20-minute visit: $25.00
  • 30-minute visit: $35.00
  • 45-minute visit: $45.00
  • 1-hour visit: $60.00

Certain booking times and household circumstances can add a fee to the standard visit price. We encourage you to discuss these details when requesting a pet sitter in Maplewood.

Additional Pet Sitting fees include:

  • Last-minute booking: A $10.00 fee applies to bookings made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
  • Late cancellation: A cancellation fee of $25.00 or more applies when a visit is canceled less than 24 hours beforehand.
  • Additional pets: Each pet over two has a $5.00 surcharge.
  • Early or late visits: Visits before 7am or after 9pm have a $10.00 surcharge.
  • Holiday visits: A $10.00 holiday surcharge per visit applies on listed holidays.

Pet Sitting Consultations & Home Access

A pet-sitting consultation gives you an opportunity to explain your pet’s routine, share care instructions, and review household access details before scheduled visits. A small consultation fee may apply when one of our professional pet sitters attends the initial consultation.

Home entry requires two forms of access. If a key is used as one form, it must be placed in a lockbox. You keep the lockbox, and one is available for purchase if needed.

    Yes, all of Woofie’s pet care professionals must undergo background checks upon hiring.

  • How do you enter my home for service?

    Woofie’s requires two forms of entry to the home. If a key/s is one or more forms of entry, then a lockbox is required to ensure your key/s always stay on premises. A Woofie’s lockbox (which is yours to keep) is available for purchase if need be.

  • How will I know that my dog was walked during the sitter’s visit?

    Our Woofie’s app includes a GPS tracking system so you can see the route your walker took when walking your dog.

  • Do you administer medication?

    Yes, we can. Depending on the type of medication administration that is needed, there may be an additional fee.

  • Will you also take in my mail, water the plants, etc. when I am out of town?

    Yes, we can take in the mail, water plants, rotate your lights, etc. Just let us know what you need while you are gone!
