When overnight care may be a better fit
Some households prefer having a sitter stay with their pets overnight rather than relying only on scheduled visits.
Our in-home overnight care provides a sitter in your home from 7 PM to 7 AM. The service includes evening and morning feeding, fresh water, cleanup, and companionship while following your pet’s routine. A 12-hour overnight visit starts at $100.
Overnight care covers the evening and overnight period. If your pet also needs attention during the day, discuss additional visits when arranging your care plan.
Plan ahead for your consultation
We conduct your consultation well in advance of your pet-sitting visits. During the consultation, we gather your pet’s routines, feeding and care instructions, medication details, emergency contacts, travel plans, and home-access information. You don’t need to prepare a separate information checklist before your trip; we’ll review these details with you during the consultation.
We’ll also discuss your pet’s personality, hiding spots, escape habits, and anything else that may affect a visit. This helps us create a personalized care plan before service begins.

- Make sure the agreed home-access method is working and any necessary keys or access devices are available.
- Let us know if your pet’s needs, care instructions, or travel plans have changed since the consultation.
Stay connected while you’re away
You shouldn’t have to wonder how your pets are doing throughout your trip.
After each visit, we send you a journal through our app so you can stay informed about your pet’s care while you’re away. You can review these updates in the app for peace of mind throughout your trip.
