Meet the Owners Behind the Care

Lee Jordan brings more than 20 years of award-winning leadership experience from the tech industry, along with something even older: her first job was as a kennel tech at her father's veterinary practice, where she spent her childhood riding along on farm calls and nursing rescued wild birds back to health.

After the sudden loss of her youngest son, Lee's family found their way back to each other partly through Woofie's, and she decided to build a business that could honor his memory while giving her local community the kind of hands-on, trustworthy pet care she'd want for her own animals. Lee is a certified pet CPR responder and is working toward her AKC S.A.F.E. certification, and at home she's kept busy by her dog Molly and cats Maverick and Kiaka.

Nikolas Thompson has spent a decade building his career as a professional dog groomer, holding certifications through the AKC and a professional membership with the National Dog Groomers Association of America. After working as a mobile groomer and WAGS instructor for another Woofie's location, Nik moved to Georgia and missed the sense of community and shared values he'd found there, which led him straight back to the brand when he decided to open his own franchise.

He brings a groomer's eye for detail and a genuine belief that every appointment is a chance to build trust, not just finish a haircut. Nik shares his home with two poodles, Risette and Pumpkin Spice, and a tabby cat named Miss Day.

Amias Jordan-Thunderrock rounds out the ownership team with more than four years of experience spanning grooming, client service, operations, and business development, including time managing a brick-and-mortar salon and consulting on a mobile grooming startup.

As Lee's son and a graduate of Woofie's own grooming academy, Amias helped develop the systems and standards this franchise runs on, with a hands-on understanding of what makes a pet care visit feel genuinely trustworthy. Off the clock, Amias can be found riding horses, attending local small-business meetups with partner Nik, or being closely supervised by a six-pound feline office manager.
