Cody Erickson: Owner & Community Advocate

Cody, who lives in the Cedar Park/Domain area, knows firsthand that North Austin is a special place for pet lovers. As he puts it, Austin offers “a strong sense of community, amazing green spaces, and a dog-friendly culture where pups are welcome almost everywhere.”

His experience in landscaping, client acquisition, and startup environments gives him the skills to lead a franchise that is adaptive, customer-focused, and meticulous in every detail. Yet, it’s his genuine love for pets that guides every decision. Cody strives to ensure that owners feel confident leaving their dogs in our care, with each pet’s routine, quirks, and personality fully respected. 

Outside of work, Cody maintains an active lifestyle—biking, running, swimming, and hitting the gym—and channels that energy and enthusiasm into every aspect of the franchise. He is also deeply committed to the community, raising funds for ALS in honor of his father and serving as a Committee Member for the Ride to Defeat ALS.  He can't wait to build more relationships within the community while providing the best pet care services in the area!

Sunni Scalici: General Manager & Pet Care Expert

Sunni’s passion for animals spans more than two decades, encompassing work with horses and dogs, veterinary technician experience, and expertise in fear-free handling techniques showcased at major dog shows like Westminster. She brings this depth of knowledge to our North Austin pets, ensuring they receive skilled, compassionate, and personalized care every day.

She and her partner, Andrew, share their home with three dogs—Trance, Pyxxyl, and Pickle—and an orange tabby named Hobbes. Sunni is also the proud mother of two daughters, Rue (3) and Mira (5 months), and treasures sharing her life with her family, pets, and community.

Sunni joined Woofie’s® because of the brand’s dedication to meaningful experiences and exceptional care. Her expertise allows her to mentor the team, maintain outstanding service standards, and build genuine connections with every pet and owner we serve.
