From Healthcare Executive to Pet Care Advocate

Eric’s journey to becoming a Woofie's owner stems from a desire to work in an industry centered around family values. After over 20 years as a healthcare finance and operations executive, he saw firsthand that compassionate care goes far beyond tasks. It’s about building genuine connections.

For Eric, pets are a vital part of the family, and Woofie’s® of Lee's Summit-Kansas City South wide range of services, including pet sitting, dog walking, and mobile grooming, offers a perfect fit. Family Life and Fur Babies

Eric and his wife Allison have been together for over 20 years, raising four children: Elijah (21), Garrett (18), Lily (14), and Julia (13). Their household is full of activity and love—not just from the kids but from their big-hearted dog, Axel. Axel is a lovable mix, mostly Great Pyrenees and Boxer, who keeps the family entertained and grounded.

Engaged in the Community

Eric and Allison are active members of their church community, contributing time and support to local initiatives. Recently joining the Lee’s Summit Chamber of Commerce, Eric looks forward to expanding his involvement in community activities and fostering deeper connections within the area.
