Michele’s leadership extends far beyond her business. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, the first historically African American sorority, known for its legacy of sisterhood, scholarship, and service. She also serves with The Detroit Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, an organization dedicated to empowering and uplifting communities through education, advocacy, and cultural initiatives.

“I’ve spent most of my career in senior leadership roles across marketing, client partnerships, and operations, where I learned how to build teams, create memorable customer experiences, and run complex businesses with discipline and heart. Over time, I realized I wanted to take that expertise and apply it to something of my own — something rooted in community, service, and high standards,” Michele said.
