Mobile Dog Grooming in Jeffersontown, KY

Mobile Pet Grooming Services in Jeffersontown, KY

Your bichon has begun to resemble a small, badly maintained cloud. Now that’s not to say he’s not adorable, because he most certainly still is. It’s just that the fur around his paws has grown into something that closely resembles slippers and you can’t 100% confirm that he still has ears. For that matter, you’re not entirely sure how he sees and you think it might involve echolocation.

You’ve been meaning to schedule an appointment. But the trouble is that you already have plenty of things to do. The kids need to be picked up and work often runs late. You’ve spent enough time this week sitting in traffic on Taylorsville Road.

Grooming appointments are still important. Finding a couple of hours to drive somewhere, drop off your dog, and make a return trip isn’t always easy. So why not bring the groomer to you?

Woofie's® of East Louisville provides mobile dog grooming in Jeffersontown, KY. Our professional groomers arrive at your home in a fully equipped mobile grooming van, take care of your dog right outside, and bring them back looking and smelling much better than when they left.

Here's what you can expect:

• The mobile spa is fully self-contained. The grooming van brings its own water, electricity, and equipment. You don't have to hook anything up to your house.
• It’s just your dog and the groomer, no other barking dogs. Your dog works with one groomer throughout the appointment. There are no other dogs waiting in nearby crates.
• Bathing, coat care, haircuts, and nail care—all in one visit. We can bathe, brush, blow dry, clip nails, and give haircuts all in one visit.
• You won’t have to go to the salon. That means no round-trip drive or waiting at the salon.
• Your dog will receive professional attention tailored to their needs. Tell us about your dog's temperament, grooming history, and any special handling considerations before the appointment.

Our mobile groomers work with dogs of many breeds and coat types. Most dogs under 80 pounds can be accommodated. Larger dogs are sometimes possible, but check with the team before booking.

Mobile Grooming for Jeffersontown Puppies and Nervous Dogs

For a puppy, grooming can be a very strange experience. Imagine being very small and having no idea what a hair dryer is or what it does and suddenly being introduced to someone you’ve known for eleven minutes who is also holding scissors. That’s just a lot to ask.

Puppies need time to become familiar with bathing, brushing, nail trimming, and being handled by someone they don’t know. A calm introduction to grooming can help them grow more comfortable with grooming over time.

The one-on-one setting of mobile grooming helps here. Your puppy won’t be surrounded by anxious barking dogs they don’t know. It’s just them and the groomer who can give them complete focus.
