After relocating from New Hampshire to Florida, the high school sweethearts and lifelong animal lovers saw an opportunity to start a new chapter that combined their professional skills with their passion for pets. With backgrounds in education, music, and finance, Helen and Jeremy bring compassion, organization, and a strong commitment to customer service to every interaction.

They’ve embraced the diverse, vibrant communities of Davenport and Kissimmee and are excited to provide local pet owners with the trustworthy, high-quality care Woofie's is known for. Alongside their Bernese Mountain Dog, Flynn, and their two kids, Jacob and Robyn, the Viens family looks forward to supporting local shelters and helping others experience the same peace of mind they value when it comes to pet care.
