"Excellent customer care."
We had miscommunications regarding an appointment, and wonderful groomer Samantha came to the house twice in two days and had to wait 25min for me to get to the house. She was so kind and patient when I arrived, and now our dog looks presentable for our wedding next weekend. Even though there were initial hiccups, they all went out of their way to give excellent service and meet our needs.

I found Woofies through an online search because a lot of groomers wouldn’t take my Pitbull. Also she can be a little reactive when it comes to smaller dogs so dropping her off somewhere for the day when other dogs would be there made me nervous. I thought this would be something we would try and see how it goes. It was amazing! So amazing my dog Layla was sad to see the truck pull away, not to mention that the price was very very competitive to that of a regular (in store) groomer! I’m pretty sure I booked our second appointment before they even left the driveway. Highly recommend!
