"Great service!"

Outstanding and timely service. I’m partially disabled and took on responsibility for a German Shepherd puppy. Reached out to Woofie’s to help get my pup some more energetic exercise than I can handle. Appointment was set up quickly with plenty of communication: dog walker has been friendly, timely and communicative. I haven’t had to use these guys for grooming yet but won’t hesitate when the time comes. I would recommend Woofie’s of northwest Raleigh to anyone. A very professional and friendly operation!

"Smelly Situation Resolved Super Fast !!!!!!"

My 2 dogs encountered a skunk in our fenced in backyard and were left smelling really awful - it only took ONE phone call to Woofie’s to explain the situation and ask how soon could I receive a mobile bath and treatment for the odor - William kindly answered my call and offered a very prompt, kind and professional solution. I was scheduled immediately and cannot express the gratitude I have for William & Laura of Woofie’s Team and the care and compassion involved to help my fur babies smell better!!! Hands down, these are Genuinely Great People and offer Great Professional Care!!!

I recently moved to NC and was looking for a groomer for Pixie and Lola. Pixie is a 9-month-old puppy, I took her to a local groomer who cut her and made her very afraid of the grooming process. I reached out to William and he immediately got us scheduled. Laura was patient, cared for Pixie, and listened to what we wanted. Pixie was so comfortable and looked beautiful after her groom. I highly recommend Woofie's of NW Raleigh. They did an amazing job, listened to my needs, and delivered great service.

We have utilized Woofie’s for their sitting and grooming services this month and we could not be happier with the level of care and service that we received. The owners genuinely care about your fur babies health and wellbeing. They are professional, courteous and they followed up after each service to get feedback. They utilize online scheduling for all their services which makes it easy to schedule recurring services. I highly recommend Woofie’s for your sitting, walking and grooming needs.

"The best!!!!"

We are fostering a yorkie that came from a miserable situation. Roxie, our foster, is very scared of people or being touched. I took Roxie to another groomer in which they kept her in a cage for 3 hours and the girl that tried to work on Roxiewas not able to do the full groom. I found Woofies and was shocked that they were able to come to our house within 1 hour. They worked magic on my Roxie, the groomer knew how to handle her and was wonderful with Roxie. "We can’t say enough about the caring and professionalism of William and his assistant!"

We found Woofie’s quite by accident, as we live near William in Durham. Seeing his van parked in his driveway, my husband called him on the spot and we set up Gracy’s first appointment. William took great care in grooming her…but Gracy did not stand for her nails being trimmed. She is a small dog but feisty. We have yet to find a groomer that could trim Gracy’s nails. In the past we would have to take her to our vet and they would sedate her. William came back with another groomer and they were able to make her comfortable and the nails were clipped. What a relief!
