"Great service - end to end!"
After my trusted groomer was no longer doing business anymore, I began searching high and low for a grooming service that both myself and my dogs felt comfortable with. I read many horror stories with some places and other groomers in the area were not taking on new clients. Then I found Woofie's. I'm so glad I found them. I can't say enough good things about them. They were easy to schedule with online, they pulled the van right up to in front of my house, came to the door to personally get each pet when it was their turn and would bring them back to me after each service. On each of my scheduled visits, they discussed any concerns that I may have had and went over any services that each dog was receiving. They were so gentle with my dogs and when they dogs came back to the door - looking all fantastic - you could tell that it wasn't a traumatic experience for them. Their tails were wagging and they looked as happy as normal. I felt so relieved. Zach came today and only one of my dogs was scheduled this time. He made it a point to walk Scout in the grass first to see if he had to go to the bathroom before his "mani/pedi". I thought that was sweet. It showed me that he wasn't rushing my pet to get in and get out. When Scout's trim was done, Zach walked him on back to the front door and he let me know how everything went with him before he left. Zach was absolutely wonderful and I look forward to scheduling both dogs for a full groom with him next time. Woofie's provided great service end to end. I am so happy with their communication with me both before and after and I absolutely love how my dogs' demeanors don't appear scared. They look like they just came back from a fun play date with a friend.... except they look and smell better! Thank you Zach and thank you Woofie's! Another great service completed!
