Anastasia, was on time, very professional and was extremely thorough. My dog is known as a Gerberian Shepsky (half German Shepard and half Husky), so there is always a lot of hair to shed. As she was blowing out his coat the hair was like a tornado, or a "hair-nado" rather! She got almost all of it though. The most important thing for me was that due to him having a nervous disposition with strangers and grooming; they allowed me to remain with him to help ease his anxiety. That in turn eased my anxiety as well. The staff is kind and kept in contact with me. I highly recommend Woofies and will definitely utilize their services again! It's worth every penny and then some!
