Sales Tax
We must collect a 5% sales tax from Virginia residents.

Payment Policy
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover for online purchases. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, the items must be ordered over by phone. Items will not ship until the check has cleared. Woofie's will charge a fee of $25 for any returned checks.

Wholesale
Woofie's is strictly a provider of retail pet products. We do not currently sell any of our items wholesale.

Online Security
Shopping online with Woofie's is completely safe. Woofie's takes the security of your online transactions very seriously. Several safeguards have been implemented to ensure the confidentiality and security of your information. When ordering from Woofie's, you are asked to enter your e-mail address and create a password. The checkout process employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure your security.  SSL encrypts your order information and sends it to a secure server, making it impossible for that information to be decoded by an outside party. To check the security of your connection during checkout, look for the unbroken key or closed lock at the bottom of your browser window. This indicates SSL is active.

Shopping Online
To add an item to your bag, simply click the "Fetch" button next to it. Items added to your shopping cart will not be considered purchased by you until you have completed the checkout process.  To view what is in your bag at any time, click "Cart Contents" in the dark blue box on the left hand side.

To remove an item from your shopping cart, click on "Cart Contents" and then click "Remove" next to the item you wish to delete. Click "Update" so that it will update your order and reflect the change. At that point, you can either "Continue Shopping" or you can "Checkout".

When you Checkout for the first time, you will need to create an account with Woofie's. Under "New Customer", click "Continue". You will then be asked to fill out your contact information as well as a password. Every time you return to Woofie's, you can simply enter your email address and password; all of your contact information will be saved in order to expedite your checkout process.
